Temakinho opens, overlooking Tower Bridge
We have been busy working on the fit out of Temakinho's second London restaurant, which has now opened overlooking Tower Bridge.
Listed Modern Movement House, Hampstead
After protracted negotiations with Camden's Conservation Officer, Listed Building and Planning Consent has now been granted for the restoration and improvement of one of Ernst Freud's Modern Movement houses in Hampstead.
Industrial Start-Up Units
As part of a broader drive to develop an estate of industrial units, our Client was granted Planning Consent for start up units close to Heathrow Airport. A start on site is anticipated within the next month, with completion due by the end of the year. Further sites are under consideration, updates to follow.

Consent Granted for Student Housing Scheme
Our scheme for 23 units has been granted Planning Permission in Colchester. Working closely with the Planning Officer and Urban Design Officer, the scheme has been designed with sensitivity of the external envelope to the adjacent Grade 2 Listed Building, referencing local traditional techniques and materials. The student housing scheme provides an amenity courtyard and necessary facilities for the students in this live / work environment.

Mews House Planning Consent Granted
Our scheme for three houses has progressed in discussion with the local Council and now has been granted Planning Consent. The scheme will replace a parade of semi derelict garages and provide much needed housing for the area in central Romford.

Mixed Use Development Planning Success
We have taken an extant Planning Consent and after protracted negotiations with the local Council in Camberley, have been granted a new Planning Consent to provide a large retail unit with 9 flats of varied sizes on the upper floors.
We are now busy drawing up the Construction Information for the scheme.

After many years, we are delighted to be working in the City of Colchester again on a historic site for the provision of much needed student accommodation.
Temakinho, Tower Bridge
We are pleased to be working on London's second Temakinho restaurant. Fit out of the Japanese Brazilian Sushi Restaurant brand will commence in late 2018, following the successful launch of Temakinho Soho in 2017.
Situated on the River Thames, next to London's much lorded Bridge Theatre, the new restaurant looks out over London's iconic Tower Bridge and The Tower of London.

We are pleased to have completed our construction information for a 9 flat scheme in East London. Works have now commenced.
Mandalay Mews, Leytonstone
Works are progressing at good speed in Leytonstone, with completion expected this summer for 9 flats. SPAR & Eat 17 will be the tenant for the commercial unit on High Road, Leytonstone, with opening expected in autumn 2018.

Dunthorne Parker Architects provided technical support for the designers based in Tokyo for the Japanese themed fast food brand based over three floors, in the heart of China Town.

We are delighted that our client has reassessed his investment options and decided to proceed to construct the scheme, which will provide 9 flats over 6 stories in a very up and coming part of Whitechapel. Construction is to commence before the end of 2017.

Temakinho, Soho
We helped the designers at Temakinho, a chain of Brazilian Japanese fusion restaurants, successfully open their first UK restaurant in the heart of Soho, after their overwhelmingly successful foundation in Italy and Ibiza.
We are excited to continue to work with their team in rolling out a second London restaurant in late 2017.

Mengham Road
Having received planning consent for our block of seven flats down in Hayling Island, we have now completed our full package of construction drawings and specifications which have gone out to competitive tender. We look forward to the works starting on site over the next few weeks.

Ashford Retail Park
A lot of work goes in to the design of these "crinkly tin sheds.” The use of glazing and carefully selected cladding panels has made this retail park incredibly smart and attractive to the new tenants and customers.

Portobello Road
We are thrilled to see that our project Ukai Sushi in Portobello Road is now open and trading successfully. Our involvement was with the transformation of an old dilapidated pub into this traditionally styled Japanese restaurant.
